Eternal Works was the cliche. The agency that does work for all of their clients while putting their own marketing on the back burner. E-W needed structure and tools that would help them save time and that didn’t pull designers and developers away from project work.

While E-W was closing enough new and repeat business to cover bills, payroll, and maintain some profitability, they noticed many opportunities were slipping through the cracks and keeping them from scaling a healthy business. Eternal Works was in desperate need of a CRM to better manage clients, opportunities and sales.

As a small team Eternal Works didn’t have the bandwidth to dedicate anyone to marketing. They needed a methodology that was supported by software and automation to help manage the entire marketing and sales funnel. Eternal Works started by implementing HubSpot marketing and CRM into their website and processes.

Next E-W began writing blog posts, creating premium content such as checklists and eBooks, building landing pages, and publishing on social channels for all stages of the buyer’s journey.

Additionally, Eternal Works created workflows to utilize marketing automation and nurturing of leads. This was combined with email templates and sales sequences in the CRM.
