Become An Inbound Marketer

As an Inbound Marketing Consultant at Eternal Works, you will collaborate with our entire team to help implement the vision and roadmap for a group of our clients in an ongoing marketing and development process. 

The Inbound Marketing Consultant works in conjunction with the rest of the team to deliver and build the marketing plans for our clients developed by our Project Manager. This includes publishing blog posts, light content writing, social media, and email marketing follow-up. 

This is a fun, collaboration-based role.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with client kickoff and weekly check-in meetings
  • Conduct client interviews with new clients to gain background on their company and their prospects (buyer personas)
  • Create multimedia resources to get in front of those personas. These can be:
    • Heavy on social media campaigns, all clearly defined by goals and objectives - Not just posting for the sake of posting. These must be rooted in a hopeful outcome or benefit
    • Video oversight and/or production (can direct, outline, and hire the appropriate solution if necessary if we don’t have resources in house)
    • Blogging, and ongoing keyword/SEO focused content production
    • Oversight and administration of social advertising programs
    • Anything else to help promote brand visibility to the targeted audience
  • Work in conjunction with the team to ensure client work is delivered fully developed and on time

  • Oversee all HubSpot marketing development for our clients: this includes segmented lists, workflows, blogs, email, social, reporting, among others
  • Continuously train and educate based off the tasks at hand through the HubSpot Academy
  • Assist in the writing of strategic plans for clients and for Eternal Works with the Project Manager
  • Act as an ambassador for the company internally and externally
  • Review and report on the results from previous month/campaign, and respond accordingly for future campaigns
  • Research technical and industry trends, identifying new directions and opportunities, staying on top of trends and "what's working" in the world of social media
  • Ensure clients have a consistently high Net Promoter Score and mend those relationships that are lacking in 100% satisfaction

What We are Looking for

The Requirements:

  • Either a college degree in a related focus or 2-3 years of experience in a related field
  • Proven track record in developing marketing programs that have contributed to increased revenue, new customer acquisition, and/or customer retention
  • Campaign management experience (college or extracurricular does count)
  • A passion for continually learning new ways to practice your craft
  • Excellent written + verbal communication and presentation skills are a must
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams, meets deadlines, and exceed expectations

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position works within a professional office environment with sensitive information and motivated clients. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, and mobile devices, and various software.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm EST.  Team members work in the office and remotely.
