The Challenge
WEBSITE was newly updated but still not working for the company
Fully Well redesigned their website recently but still felt like the new site didn't represent their brand. There was a disconnect. Their home page didn't tell their story well so visitors were bouncing. This led to a high bounce rate and a 0% conversion rate. In addition, Fully Well's team was finding it difficult to update and manage the site on their own.
How We Helped
We started with a brand analysis. We helped Fully Well define their brand, buyer personas, and message. Next, we worked to create a look and feel for the brand that translated into the perfect color palette. Our creative team used those colors to design company collateral and a website around Fully Well's key personas and messaging.
The new website design helped to decrease the bounce rate and increase online conversions.
Finally, we implemented HubSpot to track, measure, manage marketing efforts, and track ROI.
Full Well helps Christian couples leave the “friend zone” and fall back in love with one another so they can stop feeling like roommates and start feeling like connected lovers again. They worked with Eternal Works (E-W), a digital marketing agency, to develop their brand, redesign their website, and increase traffic and leads.
